The Application Nexus Code of Conduct is intended to supplement, sets forth fundamental principles and key policies and procedures that govern the conduct of all of us in our business. We expect all of our employees to know and follow the Code of Conduct. We hire great people who work hard to build and achieve organization goals, and it's essential that we build an environment of trust – among ourselves and with our clients. Also it is essential that trust and mutual respect underlie our success, and we need to earn it every day. In order to operate responsibly and respect the value of the many people related with Application Nexus, we have created this code of conduct. Integrity Our reputation as a company that our clients can trust is our most valuable asset, and it is up to all of us to make sure that we continually earn that trust. All of our communications and other interactions with our users should increase their trust in us. Privacy As we develop great products that serve our users' needs, always remember that we are asking users to trust us with their personal information. Preserving that trust requires that each of us respect and protect the privacy of that information. Our security procedures strictly limit access to and use of users' personal information. Responsiveness Part of being useful and honest is being responsive: We recognize relevant client feedback when we see it, and we do something about it. We take pride in responding to communications from our client, whether questions, problems or compliments and suggestions. Positive work Environment If you believe you have been harassed by anyone at Application Nexus, you should immediately report the incident to your supervisor, Human Resource or both. Prompt and through investigation will be done for complaints with appropriate actions. We aim to provide a work environment that is safe, secure and free of threats and violence. Alcohol and Drugs Consumption of alcohol is not banned at our offices, but employees are not permitted to report to work or conduct business on company property or operate vehicles while under the influence of alcohol to an extent that leads to impaired performance or inappropriate behavior, endangers the safety of others or violate the law. Illegal drugs in our offices or at sponsored events are strictly prohibited. Safe Workplace We are committed to a violence-free work environment, and we will not tolerate any level of violence or the threat of violence in the workplace. Gift, Employment and Payments Accepting gifts or entertainment from a Application Nexus customer, supplier, partner or competitor can easily create the appearance of a conflict of interest, especially if the value of the gift or entertainment is significant. Don't accept significant gifts, entertainment or any other business courtesy from any of our customers, suppliers, partners or competitors if the gift would likely be perceived as influencing your business decisions or otherwise creating a conflict of interest. Health and Safety All health and safety laws are followed by Application Nexus. We believe that if our employee prospers so do we. Application Nexus provides complete benefits to there employees under ESIC. Child Labour In principle, Application Nexus is against the use of child labour and believes its long-term elimination is ultimately in the best interests of children. However, the elimination of child labour must always be undertaken in a manner consistent with the best interests of the children concerned. Environment Application Nexus adheres to all environmental legislation, regulations and all local laws to facilitate the protection of the environment. We have a process that ensures conformity to local regulations, including those relating to the handling, recycling, and the elimination and disposal of dangerous materials and to work actively to improve the environment and proactively to pursue any initiatives that bring about that improvement. Till 2012 Application Nexus targets to be a carbon Neutral company. Philanthropy Application Nexus believes that best things in world come for free. So we love to give periodic donations to many open source websites and NGO’s working for advantage of society. |
