Rahul leads Application Nexus's core development team and brings a wealth of application development and intelligence experience to the company.Rahul's background includes systems analysis & design, database development, and significant Joomla CMS experience with over 20 large size applications and 34 mid size applications on portfolio. He is an expert in interface design, business intelligence, search engine marketing, and is Application Nexus's most versatile and experienced consultant. Rahul's extensive knowledge in multimedia and web technologies, evolved from the birth of multimedia and the earliest days of the Web. He is extremely knowledgeable in all aspects of digital media.Rahul’s responsibilities at Application Nexus also include tool selection and researching various technologies in an effort to ensure the best development methodologies and decisions are made concerning each client project. Rahul’s broad background, leadership ability and easy-going nature allow the company to undertake diverse projects and succeed in an ever-changing technology environment.

Prior to founding Application Nexus, Ashwin Iyer spent significant time in global outsourcing market. Working as a offshore consultant for leading European search engine marketing companies, he held key positions in content development, search engine optimization, sales/marketing, training and management.Ashwin is well versed in the field of search engines and marketing. He has authored, developed and facilitated numerous content based services throughout his career and brings significant instructional intelligence expertise to the Application Nexus's team. In His role as a senior consultant, he enjoys working with organizations to provide solutions for automating myriad day-to-day tasks to ultimately improve the quality, efficiency and success of business operations and communications.Ashwin is pursuing B. Tech. Degree from Rajasthan University of India and has held various other licenses and professional designations throughout his career. Adam Ciboch is the CEO of TopRock Internet, llc; a web development and complete Internet consulting group in Colorado, USA.  With multiple college degrees in entrepreneurship and finance, he possesses the skills necessary to manage and maintain a highly effective web development & search marketing business.  He has a vast array of Internet experience including web development, advertising & search marketing; and has been analyzing Internet trends and technology since the first quarter of 1994.

Adam has spent over 8 years developing Internet related business concepts and has owned and promoted more than 5 separate ventures over the past 5 years; the Internet and web development playing a significant role in each.
