NFC Development

Nfc Development

Near-field communication is a short-range but more capable wireless connectivity technology for communication between two electronic devices over a short distance.

We have a team of designers and developers dedicated to NFC based development and so we develop apps that allow connecting mobile phones to NFC compatible devices. We have also worked for our clients and provided them the best solutions for features like data transfer, contactless mobile payment, and so on.

As most of the big companies are already implementing mobile applications based on NFC, we are nowhere lacking on that. So, if you are looking for NFC solutions, get in touch with us!

NFC is like RFID but it works for maximum range upto 4 inches. NFC tags or also called as smart tags are formatted so it can be used with NFC systems. These are more of a chip that is used to perform actions in the mobile apps.

Touch and Send
Touch To Send

It is quite common now to send files from one device to another. Just open the file, place both devices together and send. In mobiles NFC is commonly used as a data sharing tool and payment method.

Tap and Play

Most of the smart phones now have NFC feature which can be used for Tap & Pay. NFC-enabled payment reader is used for the contactless payments which is done instantly on single tap.

NFC Devices Types

There are two main types of NFC devices

Passive Devices

Passive NFC Devices

The Passive Devices has no power source and it connects with the active devices. The initiator device provides a carrier field and the target device, acting as a transponder, communicates by modulating the incident field. In this mode, the target device may draw its operating power from the initiator-provided magnetic field.

Active NFC Devices

The Active Devices has power source and it can send and receive data by switching itself to active as well as passive state. Both initiator and target device communicate by alternately generating their own fields. A device stops transmitting in order to receive data from the other. This mode requires that both devices include power supplies.
